Preparation
1. Rub roast with salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder. Sear all sides in oil.
2. Place onions in slow cooker, add roast on top.
3. Mix gochujang, sesame oil, aminos, honey, BBQ sauce. Pour over roast.
4. Cook on low 6 hrs or high 4 hrs.
5. Serve with bok choy & broccolini, garnish with sesame & green onion.
