Grilled Romano beans drizzled with tahini sauce and garnished with sesame and cilantro.

Preparation

1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high.

2. Toss beans with oil, harissa, salt, and pepper. Grill 2–3 min per side until charred.

3. Whisk tahini, garlic, vinegar, lime, coriander, cumin, salt, pepper; thin with water.

4. Arrange beans, drizzle sauce, sprinkle sesame and cilantro. Serve warm.

1 lb Romano beans, trimmed

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp harissa seasoning

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp sesame seeds

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup tahini

8 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp coriander seed

1/2 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4–1/2 cup water
