Preparation
1. In a medium jar or container, combine the oats, milk, pumpkin spice sauce, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
2. Stir or shake until well combined.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 6 hours, to allow the oats to soften.
4. In the morning, stir and top with sliced banana, nuts, or a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.
