Preparation

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, pumpkin spice sauce, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.

2. Stir in the chia seeds and whisk well to combine.

3. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.

4. Pour into desired containers or one large air tight jar - cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until thickened.

5. Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream, granola, pumpkin seeds, or an extra drizzle of pumpkin spice sauce.
